Technology and trust

Built to be relied on.

We would rather show how we build than make promises we cannot keep. These are the commitments every BKNY Technology product is built around.

One source of truth

Each product's logic lives in one place and reaches every screen from there. Nothing is built for one screen only, so a phone and a browser never disagree about what is true or who may see it.

Your data stays yours

Every company's records on StackViro are separated by design, and a workspace can only ever see its own. In NexMan, what a person shares is theirs: used to help them, never sold, and designed to be visible and deletable by them.

  • StackViro: available today
  • NexMan memory controls: in development

Strong sign-in, careful access

Passkeys and two-factor sign-in, with extra checks before sensitive actions. Important actions are designed to remain reviewable, explainable and under human control.

AI you can see

AI-assisted features are designed with traceability, metering and review in mind. In StackViro you see the price before a document is read, and reading stops when a prepaid allowance runs out. In NexMan, risk arithmetic is done by code rather than guesswork, and the decision always stays with the person.

Money handled with care

Financial and administrative workflows are built with authorization, auditability and careful review.

Engineering as a responsibility

Backup, recovery, testing and release review are treated as core engineering responsibilities, not afterthoughts. Errors are monitored with personal data scrubbed before reports leave the application.

Honest status

We say what is live, what works once configured, what is in review and what is planned. Nothing is sold as finished before it is.

For technical reviewers

Behind these commitments are specific mechanisms: per-tenant data scoping that fails closed, passkey and two-factor authentication with step-up checks, access and privileged-action logs, application-level encryption for sensitive document stores, personal-data scrubbing in error reporting, automated test suites and browser checks on every change, and a deliberate release process. We will walk through any of them in writing.

What we claim and what we don't

We publish only what we can stand behind. We do not advertise certifications we have not earned, and we do not describe designs as if they were deployed. Where a capability is still being built, such as broader per-user encryption in NexMan or private deployment options, we say so. If your review needs detail beyond this page, ask for the technical overview and we will answer in writing.
